Weight Operations Tech Analysts

(Associate or Experienced)

to support initiatives within Weight Operations Team in

Seattle or Renton, WA. As a Weight Operations Tech Analyst, you will support the commercial airplane programs by managing and analyzing weight data throughout the aircraft's development and production. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and optimize aircraft performance. With a focus on accuracy and detail, you will play a vital role in maintaining effective weight control initiatives. Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate (level 2) and Experienced (Level 3) Weight Operations Tech Analysts. This is a first shift position, working 3 days on 12 hour shift. Position Responsibilities: Develops inventory equipment lists, conducts inventories, weighs aircraft, determines center of gravity of aircraft and documents results

Prepares Chapter 2 of the Weight and Balance Manual

Balances flight control surfaces

Develops standard flight load planning and helps direct airplane loading of variable load elements

Assists in the inspection of aircraft to calculate effects of actual weight and location of variable load elements on airplane gross weight and center of gravity and prepares flight manifests for pilot's signatures and flight release

Weighs and determines the centers of gravity of components and assemblies

Resolves routine problems with equipment, components and weighing systems

Works under general supervision

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

1+ years of demonstrated experience with technical analysis

1+ years of experience with Microsoft office suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

1+ years of experience in operations or maintenance of aircraft

Associates degree or higher

Experience with aircraft weight and center of gravity estimation, calculation, verification and statistical analysis

Experience in Loadmaster training
