Maintenance Team Lead – High-Speed Baking Manufacturing Location : Oak Creek, WI Job Type : Full-Time | Permanent Shift : 12-Hour Continental | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM Pay Range : $45–$50/hour + $3.50 Shift Premium

Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Team Lead to support a high-speed baking and packaging operation. This role focuses on leading maintenance technicians, maximizing equipment uptime, and driving preventive and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of 12–15 maintenance technicians Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automated systems Drive TPM initiatives and root cause analysis to reduce downtime Monitor KPIs including uptime, MTBF, MTTR, and PM completion Utilize CMMS to manage work orders and maintenance scheduling Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to support production goals Ensure compliance with OSHA and food safety standards

Required Qualifications 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing 2+ years of leadership or lead technician experience Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with high-speed packaging equipment VFD and basic PLC troubleshooting experience CMMS experience required Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Work Environment Fast-paced manufacturing facility 12-hour continental night shift (includes weekends) Physically active role requiring lifting up to 50 lbs Combination of plant floor and office responsibilities Comprehensive benefits package available.
