Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Dallas, TX. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include staff management, hiring and training team members, maintaining high standards in food and beverage quality, handling inventory, enforcing health and safety regulations, and communicating effectively with staff and customers to uphold operational excellence.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service and a proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction
Experience in Hiring, training, and managing employees to maintain a positive and productive team environment
Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with team members and interact with customers
Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards and operations
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management is highly desirable
