Required to supervise APPs: Yes

Procedures: Electrocardiograms (EKGs)

Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active VA License

BC

DEA

ACLS

AHF Fellowship (LVAD exp)

VAD Certified (for Advanced Heart Failure)

Local (highly preferred)
