Role Description We are seeking a Georgia Commercial Litigation Attorney for an on-site, full-time position located in Dallas, TX. The attorney will handle a variety of tasks, including preparing and filing motions, conducting legal research, managing court appearances, representing clients in trials, and performing depositions. The role involves consistently delivering superior legal counsel to ensure clients’ business interests are protected and effectively represented.

Qualifications Proficiency in the practice of law, particularly in commercial litigation, with strong knowledge of laws and legal procedures. Experience preparing, drafting, and filing motions and other associated legal documents. Proficiency in managing court appearances, trials, and litigation processes. Skilled in conducting depositions and handling related pre-trial procedures. Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law in Georgia. Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational and case management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities. Additional experience or interest in business law or intellectual property law is a plus.
