CAN Community Health is now hiring: Medical Assistants โ€“ Sign-On Bonus if you apply between December 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-5:00 pm Friday 8:30am-12:30 pm

Salary: $21-$24 per hour based on experience

Tuition Reimbursement Plan Other voluntary plans are available to support you and your family Career growth opportunities in a supportive environment What Youโ€™ll Do As a Medical Assistant, youโ€™ll be the heartbeat of our clinic, supporting physicians and patients with: Medical intake procedures include vital signs and history. Record and reports symptoms, reactions, treatments and changes in patientโ€™s conditions. Perform immunizations and injections Perform phlebotomy Document patient care Complete medical prior authorization and documentation requirements Collaborate with clinic team members to coordinate patient services. Creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient Assist with Front Desk tasks as necessary to support clinic including: * Greeting patients * Answering phones * Scheduling and confirming patient appointments * Collect and process payments * Verifying insurance information

What Weโ€™re Looking For High school diploma or GED Completion of a Medical Assistant training program Certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) preferredโ€”or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire CPR certification Ready to Apply?Apply Now and take the next step in your healthcare career. Must be able to pass a Level I background check (a Level II background may also be required).
