About the Role
They are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to take ownership of a defined Columbus territory and build lasting customer relationships. This is a high-impact, field-based role with autonomy, strong support, and meaningful earning potential.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a defined Central Ohio territory
Develop new contractor and end-user relationships
Expand share within existing accounts
Call on job sites, contractors, municipalities, and industrial customers
Provide product guidance and solutions based on customer needs
Own your pipeline and territory growth strategy
Collaborate with inside sales and operations to ensure strong service execution
Meet or exceed sales targets
This is a true outside sales position — relationship-driven, territory-focused, and customer-facing.
Qualifications
2+ years of outside B2B sales experience
Background in construction supply, industrial distribution, equipment, building materials, or related industries preferred
Required Skills
Strong prospecting and account development skills
Self-starter who can operate independently
Competitive and motivated to grow a book of business
Comfortable working in the field and on job sites
Pay range and compensation package
Strong, stable base salary
Uncapped commission structure
