Key Responsibilities: Defend general liability matters, including premises liability, auto claims, and slip-and-fall cases Manage cases from intake through resolution or trial Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda Conduct and defend depositions; appear in court, mediations, and arbitrations

What’s Needed: JD from an accredited law school Admission to New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars Minimum 2 years of insurance defense or general liability experience Strong research, writing, and case management skills
