A fast-paced Urology Clinic in Olympia is looking for a Medical Assistant to join their team.

Overview of Responsibilities: Support back-office operations for a high-volume clinic with five providers. Manage rooming and vitals for upwards of 20 patients per provider daily. Assist in specialized surgical and urology procedures including catheter changes, cystoscopy, fusion biopsies, and bladder cancer chemotherapy. Maintain efficiency and clinical accuracy in an extremely fast-paced environment. Collaborate with a tight-knit, direct, and high-energy clinical team.

Schedule/Shift: Monday – Friday 07:45 AM – 04:15 PM Full-time (1.0 FTE)

Pay : $24.00 - $32.00 an hour (Dependant on experience)

Requirements: Active Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) through the Washington DOH. 1–2 years of clinical experience (No new grads). Proficiency in Epic EHR is a hard requirement.

Additional Skills: 3+ years of clinical experience preferred. Previous experience in Urology is a plus. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, surgical support setting.

Contract Length:

520 Hours. Opportunity to convert to permanent hire after satisfactory completion of contract.
