Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused WFH Hospitality Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with coordinating hospitality-related services such as accommodations, travel details, and guest experiences. You’ll support the planning process by researching options, preparing quotes, and ensuring accurate coordination of arrangements. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and delivering high-quality service in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities: Research and coordinate hospitality services including accommodations and guest arrangements Prepare and organize quotes, proposals, and confirmation details Communicate with clients to gather information and answer general inquiries Coordinate with hospitality partners and vendors to confirm reservations and requests Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and correspondence Provide professional, timely support to ensure a positive client experience

Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, web browsing, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free remote workspace Previous customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus but not required
