Responsibilities Perform psychiatric evaluations and assessments Diagnose and treat psychiatric disorders Document clinical encounters accurately in the EMR Participate in team-based care planning Provide oversight and justification of medication use

Requirements Licensed (unrestricted) physician in Texas Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Current DEA registration Active NPI number Proficient with electronic medical records Must complete required facility and HHSC training
