Clinical Laboratory Supervisor-High complexity (Full time- On site)

Role Description Midwest Express Clinic is looking for a qualified General Supervisor/ Lab manager for their new in-house laboratory. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CLS/MT looking to take the next step in their career. The team is looking for a Lab Manager. The right candidates must have a patient first mindset and want to join an innovative organization that truly values their employees. This is a full-time onsite position based out of the Crown Point clinic.

Basic job duties: Oversee daily lab operations, processing patient samples, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage lab staff, monitor lab testing for accuracy, contribute to quality control and improvement efforts, maintain lab equipment, and oversee the ordering of lab supplies.

Required: Bachelor's degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or related field Minimum of 2 years direct experience in CLIA high complexity laboratory testing. Located within commutable distance to the lab, or able to relocate quickly

Preferred Experience in laboratory supervision, staff management, and compliance monitoring Proficiency in molecular lab testing, quality control, and improvement efforts Knowledge of maintaining lab equipment and managing lab supplies Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team ASCP or equivalent certification preferred

Compensation details:

80000-100000 Yearly Salary
