Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients with chronic or acute pain and develop individualized treatment plans

Utilize interventional pain techniques and conservative therapies (medications, PT, etc.)

Administer therapeutic pain relief methods and injections

Collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize patient care

Educate patients and families on pain management strategies

Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment plans as needed

Serve as a liaison between patient and provider to ensure effective pain control

Qualifications

Valid

Nurse Practitioner License

in New York

Strong knowledge of pain disorders and treatment options

Experience evaluating complex pain conditions

Ability to prescribe pain medications safely and effectively

Skilled in diagnostic testing and basic injections preferred

Patient-centered approach respecting individual wishes and beliefs
