We are looking for a sharp, trial-ready Lead Removal Defense Attorney to lead deportation defense efforts in our Duluth and Atlanta offices. The Role

This is a high-volume, high-impact position. You will be responsible for the full life cycle of removal defense, from initial strategy and drafting pleadings to representing clients in the Atlanta Immigration Courts. We need a professional who is self-sufficient, highly organized, and ready to hit the ground running on day one.

Key Responsibilities Courtroom Advocacy:

Lead representation in Master Calendar and Individual (Merits) hearings. Pleading & Drafting:

Prepare all motions to terminate, bond motions, and applications for relief (Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, 212(h) waivers, etc.). Caseload Management:

Oversee a high volume of active removal files with precision and proactive communication. Business Growth:

Assist in firm growth by providing exceptional service that leads to referrals and participating in local community outreach.

Qualifications Experience:

At least 3 years of dedicated experience in deportation and removal defense. Jurisdiction:

Strong familiarity with the Atlanta Immigration Courts (EOIR) is highly preferred. Bar Admission:

Active member in good standing of any State Bar (Georgia Bar preferred). Skills:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant advantage. Must possess the ability to draft complex legal arguments under tight deadlines.
