Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with some flexibility for remote work. The BCBA will design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, provide supervision and training to behavior technicians, and conduct behavioral assessments. The role also involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders for effective parent education and the promotion of positive behavioral outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis Experience in Parent Education and the ability to effectively communicate with families and caregivers Skills in Behavior Management and knowledge of Psychology to implement individualized plans successfully Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with both in-person and remote responsibilities Experience working with children and families in a clinical or community-based setting (preferred)
