Registered Dental Hygienist

Full Time- Part Time - Flexible Fridays!

Our thriving, non-corporate dental practice in Anacortes, WA, is looking for a passionate and patient-centered Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Available schedule:

Part-Time: Fridays 2 x Month Full - Time: Monday-Thursday - 7:30 am-5:30 pm Part - Time: Flexible Schedule available

Compensation:

$67 - $75 hourly Responsibilities:

Complete x-rays of the patients’ teeth so the dentist can quickly identify any tooth decay or other oral health issues

Keep detailed records of each patient’s visit and update their health history

Sterilize all dental equipment to make sure everything is properly cleaned

Conduct initial screenings for patients to understand their oral health history

Explain good oral hygiene techniques to patients of all ages, such as thorough brushing and flossing twice daily

Look for signs of gum disease, infections, or cavities to ensure issues are caught early and can be treated

Qualifications:

Current CPR certification

Has dental hygienist licensure in the state where the job is located

Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills

Patient hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm/ Fridays 8-2 2x month. (Sat-Sunday, closed)
