Position Summary

CBS Butler have partnered with a leading CDMO in Irvine, California who are seeking a

Maintenance Technician on a Contract basis . This role supports Aseptic Fill Finish manufacturing facilities by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. The position acts as the first responder for equipment issues on the production floor, executes preventive maintenance and shutdown activities, and participates in an on-call rotation.

Key Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, including autoclaves, fill lines, washers, ovens, lyophilizers, and HVAC systems. Execute preventive maintenance, work orders, and shutdowns as Subject Matter Expert. Support GMP documentation, investigations, CAPA, and Change Controls. Perform equipment prechecks, APS interventions, and site project support.

Qualifications Process equipment maintenance experience in GMP environments. Hands-on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic expertise; strong troubleshooting skills. Proficient in computer-based maintenance systems and cGDP compliance.
