Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Legal Assistant position located in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. The Legal Assistant will support attorneys in day-to-day operations by preparing legal documents, managing administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, and assisting with client communication. Additional tasks include maintaining case files and ensuring compliance with legal processes and deadlines.

Qualifications Knowledge and experience in event planning, marketing, and client relationships is highly preferred. Strong skills in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, editing, and organizing legal documents. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to correspond professionally with clients and legal professionals. Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks such as scheduling, filing, and managing office operations. Experience as a Legal Assistant and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in legal software and familiarity with document management systems is a plus.
