Energy Sales Representative $55,000-$60,000 per year (while training, 1-3 yrs expected); uncapped commission ONLY after training Monday-Friday, First Shift Dublin, Ohio (onsite) Permanent Opportunity

What You’ll Do: Generate new business opportunities by selling natural gas, electricity, and related energy services to commercial and industrial clients within deregulated energy markets Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls (approximately 90% phone, 10% face-to-face) to identify and pursue revenue opportunities Prepare and present detailed savings analyses and energy solutions tailored to prospective clients’ needs Build and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts and client accounts to enhance sales effectiveness and long-term partnerships Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new customers Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and industry regulations Leverage a consistent work ethic, professional communication skills, and a consultative sales approach to drive growth Participate in training programs and utilize company-provided resources to maximize performance and career advancement

What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree preferred with proven experience in a sales-driven, inside/outside sales environment Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively educate and influence clients Comfortable learning new processes quickly and efficiently while utilizing CRM systems to manage customer relationships Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, perform under pressure, and consistently meet performance metrics Results-oriented with a passion for closing deals, building long-term relationships, and exceeding sales targets Outgoing, dynamic personality with a “can do” attitude and a strong desire to be challenged and succeed Demonstrates a competitive mindset, self-motivation, and a consistent drive to win and deliver measurable outcomes Committed to professional growth and building upon an established track record of sales success
