## What You Need (Non-Negotiables)

✅ **Board-certified NP** (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) ✅ ** 6,240+

practice hours** (3 years full-time equivalent) ✅ **Multi-state license** covering

40%+ of U.S. (must include CA, TX, FL, NY) ✅ ** 4+ years telehealth experience** (5-10 years clinical total) ✅ **U.S. medical training** (education + clinical training in U.S.) ✅ **U.S.-based** (East or West Coast preferred)
