US - Sr Engineering Program Manager Location: Minooka, IL Pay Range: What's the Job? Oversee and manage complex data center programs, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.

Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Drive operational excellence and innovation within data center initiatives.

Report on program status and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.

Strong knowledge of data center operations, infrastructure, and best practices.

Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
