Our client is a Financial firm located in Miami seeking a Office Manager.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, acting as the go-to resource for all on-site needs and issues
Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to support project execution
Provide operational support to additional office locations as needed, which may include occasional travel
Manage all facilities-related functions including office supplies and routine maintenance
Serve as the key liaison to leadership on operational matters, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational standards
Maintain a premium, white glove level of service
Lead the Miami office build-out project, serving as the primary point of contact for the office relocation to ensure on-time, high-quality completion
Qualifications:
6+yrs experience in office management/facilities management
Proactive and capable of working with minimal direction
Open to occasional travel to support operations at other office locations
Highly organized and solutions-oriented
The annual base salary range is $90,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
