What You’ll Do Conduct assessments & create treatment plans Provide caregiver guidance & family support Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs Develop & implement behavior support plans Collect and analyze data to drive outcomes Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

What You Bring Active QASP-S certification (QABA & state, if applicable) Bachelor’s degree in a related field Strong communication & leadership skills Experience as a practicing QASP-S preferred
