What You'll Do:

As a Tax Manager, you will:

* Lead, mentor, and develop tax professionals, providing meaningful feedback and supporting career growth * Plan, supervise, and deliver multiple tax engagements across a diverse client base * Prepare, review, and plan federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships * Research complex tax issues and provide clear, practical guidance to clients and team members * Build strong internal partnerships and trusted client relationships * Collaborate with other managers and partners to drive quality, consistency, and innovation * Contribute broadly to the firm as a leader and problem-solver

What We Are Looking For:

You may be a great fit if you:

* Have 5+ years of public accounting experience , including tax planning and review * Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting and an active CPA license * Bring experience with corporate, individual, and partnership taxation * Are a strong communicator with proven leadership and mentoring skills * Thrive in a collaborative environment and can manage competing priorities with confidence * Are committed to continuous learning and professional development
