Manager of Global Product Quality Assurance (Easton)

Now Hiring: Manager, Global Product Quality Assurance I’m excited to share a new leadership opportunity for an experienced Quality Engineering professional ready to make a global impact. This role will lead a team of four and drive global product quality standards, process improvements, and customer-facing quality initiatives. If you’re passionate about building structure, solving complex quality challenges, and collaborating across engineering, sales, and customer teams — this could be a great fit. What You’ll Lead: • Global customer-facing product quality issues • Product Evaluation Request (PER) process • Change Control Document (CCD) and Material Test Report (MTR) processes • Support for new product development, beta testing, and design reviews Must-Have Background • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering required) • 10+ years in a Quality Engineering Manager role • Experience in a mechanically focused manufacturing environment • Ability to travel internationally (approx. 10–20%, occasional trips to China) Key Skills & Experience • 10+ years progressive experience in Quality Assurance/Engineering in manufacturing • 5+ years managing and developing teams • Strong experience with RCA and corrective action tools (8D, DMAIC, 5-Why, etc.) • Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills • Solid understanding of statistical concepts (control charts, process capability, Pareto, etc.) • Proficiency with tools such as MS Office, Power BI, Minitab; QMS experience a plus • ASQ CQE, CQM, or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred If you—or someone in your network—has a strong mechanical/manufacturing QE background and is ready to lead a global quality function, I’d love to connect.
