We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Health & Wellness Coach to join our growing team and help us make a positive impact on the lives of many.

Position Overview: As a Corporate Health & Wellness Coach, you will work on a team with other health coaches and clinicians to provide tailored wellness programs using health data. The Coach will play an important role in content creation for our group coaching workshop topics, movement challenges, and wellness program strategic planning. The Coach will also be involved in company meetings collaborating with corporate leadership to design and implement wellness initiatives. Public speaking and presentation skills for wellness education seminars in front of large groups is a must. You’ll help individual and corporate clients set realistic goals, create actionable plans, and maintain accountability through personalized guidance in areas such as fitness, nutrition, stress management, and mindfulness.

Key Responsibilities: Must be neat and professional. An advocate and representative of healthy lifestyle habits. Deliver dynamic, engaging, and impactful wellness workshops to various audiences, ensuring relevance and relatability to the group. Virtually and in person. Create customized presentations tailored to the needs of specific clients, organizations, events, and wellness workshops. Excellent group coaching presentation skills, including voice modulation, body language, and audience engagement techniques. Provide personalized coaching sessions to support clients in achieving their health and wellness goals. Experience and understanding how lifestyle habits impact chronic conditions such as weight management, pre-diabetes, type two diabetes, and heart disease. Educate clients on healthy lifestyle practices, such as proper nutrition, physical activity, mindfulness, and stress management. Stay up to date with the latest health and wellness trends and research to offer evidence-based advice. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions. Inspire and motivate audiences to take action toward personal health goals. Comfortable working in a remote environment and using several digital platforms for communication and progress tracking. Able to multitask & enjoy a high-paced environment. Strong administrative skills in organization, scheduling, tracking, & detail-oriented reports. Must have experience with Microsoft Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Comfortable learning other technology platforms.

Qualifications: Certified Health & Wellness Coach or similar certification, or healthcare experience (e.g., NASM, ACE, IIN, nurse, dietician, etc.) Proven experience in coaching clients to reach health, wellness, or fitness goals. Knowledge in areas such as nutrition, exercise physiology, mental wellness, and holistic health practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and connect with clients. Ability to tailor coaching strategies to suit diverse needs and backgrounds. Occasional travel. Passion for helping others and a genuine interest in improving people's lives.

Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in health & wellness, fitness, nutrition, or stress management practices. Experience with virtual coaching platforms or apps. Experience in marketing and publicity. Background in personal training or counseling is a plus. Registered Nurse or Registered Dietitian
