Leveraged Finance Attorney - Elite BigLaw Platform (New York)

A top 10 global powerhouse is building a lean, high-performance leveraged finance team in New York. The bench is tight. The workflow is constant. The mandates are complex and high value.

You will work directly with a Chambers-ranked, Ivy League trained finance partner who advises leading global private equity sponsors and public companies on multi-billion dollar transactions.

The team is seeking associates with a minimum of 3 years’ leveraged finance experience from an elite US platform.

Sponsor-side experience is preferred. Strong lender-side candidates from top-tier teams are also of interest.

The work includes:

• Large-cap leveraged buyouts • $1bn to $7bn plus acquisition financings • Public company transactions • Complex liability management exercises • DIP financings and sophisticated capital structure matters

You will get direct partner exposure so your judgement develops faster. You will handle premium transactions so your deal sheet strengthens quickly. You will operate in a lean team so there is no internal congestion for work. You will build sponsor credibility, not just execution hours.
