Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active MI License or willing to obtain

BC/BE in Neurosurgery

BLS

Fellowship in Neurosurgery (preferred)

Able to perform the required procedures

Self-Query NPDB (pulled within the month)
