My client is an established PEO (professional employment outsourcing organization) since 2000,
that competes with other firms like ADP, National PEO, Paylocity, and many others that specialize in providing comprehensive Human Resources outsourcing services for small to mid-sized businesses.
The PEO manages payroll, benefits, tax administration, and compliance , while the client company retains control over day-to-day employee management.
Phoenix AZ is the next area of growth , and the team is seeking exceptional candidates with proven sales record in the HR, Benefits, or PEO sectors. Here are a few reasons why they provide more opportunity than other PEO firms here in the valley:

The ideal candidate will have experience
in all stages of the sales cycle, confident with building new client relationship,. maintaining existing ones, and possess consistent negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of small- and mid-sized business challenges with a client-first, business-owner mindset.
Consultative sales expert with the ability to navigate complex deals, influence multiple stakeholders, solve problems creatively, and close with confidence.
Exceptional communicator with strong presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Highly adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Being a previous business owner is a plus.

Qualifications
HS Diploma or GED is required + 6+years in HR, Benefits, or PEO sales industry
College education is preferred, yet not required
Position is located in Phoenix Arizona
Remote work and relocation assistance is not provided in this role
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing with demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
CRM experience is preferred
