Our client is expanding its state regulatory legal team to meet the challenges presented by its multi-year corporate expansion plan.

Attorneys at this company handle their own caseloads and are closely involved in statutory and regulatory developments, requirements, and issues; utility commission rates, orders, and tariffs; as well as litigation and rulemaking proceedings.

This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney with experience in public utility regulation who is interested in transitioning from a law firm or someone at a utility who wants to move to a top-tier corporate legal team.

Our client offers competitive compensation, including base salary and short-term incentive. A long-term incentive is available for more experienced attorneys.
