Shift:

7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 10 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience within the past 3 years. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required after submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >90 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • No current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - Baystate Health. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. Preferred Skills/Experience:

Years of Exp preferred: 1 Year in a Level 1 ICU – otherwise 2 Years Preferred experience in MICU setting Floating Requirements:

Will float to Medical HVCC, SICU and IMC. Shift & Scheduling:

Will accommodate 48hr contracts. 7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1 1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission 1 reference from last 12 months (Any reference type) - required for submission Proof of identification required Certifications: • BLS (Basic Life Support) • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) • NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
