Job Description
Vorenza Rental Cars operates a growing fleet across Turo and private rentals. We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Fleet Coordinator to manage vehicle readiness, logistics, and day-to-day physical operations. This role starts part-time, with a defined pathway to full-time for candidates who demonstrate reliability, leadership, and operational ownership.
This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible for keeping the fleet organized, staged, and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Fleet Readiness
Ensure all vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for scheduled pickups
Stage vehicles before arrival times
Do fluid checks
Verify mileage, fuel levels, and condition
Pickups & Returns
Conduct vehicle handoffs
Take detailed photos at pickup and return
Document damage or issues immediately
Update system status in real time
Key & Inventory Control
Maintain organized key system
Track vehicle location at all times
Ensure no vehicle is unaccounted for
Maintenance Coordination
Coordinate with mechanics and vendors
Track maintenance schedule
Flag upcoming service needs
Claims Support
Capture required photos
Document damage accurately
Provide information to operations team
Daily Reporting
End-of-day fleet report
Vehicle status updates
Issues that need escalation
