Tulsa, OK Start Date: 1/20/2026 Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Days | 5X8s | Mon-Fri 8a - 4:30p No Call Hours per Week: 40 hours Travel Pay: $1,950/week ($40 - $48/hour)

Key Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of an RN and in accordance with the care plan. Administer medications, treatments, and wound care while monitoring patient responses and reporting changes in condition. Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques. Document all care, observations, and interventions accurately and timely per agency and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective, and coordinated patient care.

Experience: 2 years experience as an LPN in a clinical setting, preferably in a home health or hospice setting

Certifications & Skills: Active LPN License Valid Driver's License BLS (AHA)
