04/27/2026 Job Description: The RN will work in the Med Surg Neuro unit on the 4th Floor North, providing care for patients with various medical conditions including neurological deficits and post-surgical needs. The unit handles 25 beds with common diagnoses such as joint replacements, fractures, and COPD exacerbations. The RN will need to manage titratable drips like Heparin and operate PCA pumps. Responsibilities: Provide care for Med/Surg Tele patients including stroke and post-neurosurgery procedures. Manage a

ratio of 1:5-6. Requirements: BLS and NIHSS certifications required. Able to interpret telemetry with awareness; will work with tele techs. Artificial nails are prohibited in patient care areas. Compliance with dress code: Navy Blue scrubs.
