(Commercial and Automotive)

with strong leadership and mechanical skills to lead our team in Saint Cloud, MN. This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager who is looking to take their leadership experience to the next level. Job Details: Oversee the performance and operations of all aspects of the Wadena store including both the retail and commercial businesses Lead a team of talented service and sales professionals in a fast paced environment and cultivate a We Can Do That culture; mentor, coach and motivate teammates develop their technical and leadership skills Drive store sales by achieving overall business performance objectives, including sales and productivity goals Ensure the team maintains a safe and clean work environment; maintain the appearance of the retail store Provide helpful, friendly, and respectful customer service to generate repeat customers Communicate clearly to serve as the liaison between technicians and customers Create work schedules and manage service center work flow Benefits Include: Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefit package, includes medical and dental 401K savings plan with company match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Long-term growth opportunities

Requirements: Five or more years of management experience in automotive service repair Comprehensive understanding of the commercial /

automotive service market Strong supervisory and communication skills required Bachelors, Associates or Two-Year Vocational Degree preferred Must be able to pass background and drug tests and have a clean driving record Great attitude and a \"Can do\" attitude.
