The Manager Director leads the stadium management company (Stadium Manager) PBSL which manages stadium operations for Paycor Stadium. The Stadium Manager is responsible for the management, operations, maintenance and repair of Paycor Stadium, ensuring a safe, efficient, and exceptional experience for fans, guests, players, staff, and partners. This role oversees event preparation, facility upkeep, vendor management, and compliance with league, state, and local regulations. The Stadium Manager leads cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding game-day operations and to support a variety of non-NFL events hosted at the facility. Key Responsibilities.
