Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated

Litigation Attorney

with

0–3 years of experience

to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, resourceful researcher, and confident communicator who is eager to develop courtroom and client-handling skills in all stages of litigation—from client intake through trial.

Key Responsibilities: Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda Assist with depositions, mediations, and court appearances Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development Support business, employment, and/or real property litigation matters

Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the California (or pending admission) Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Interest or experience in employment, business, or real property law preferred Professionalism, initiative, and willingness to learn Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
