Local Team Collaboration: ~ Long Beach Memorial Medical Center is a 420-bed non-profit teaching hospital that has been recognized as a major regional provider of medical and surgical services by US News and World Report. ~ Intensivists will rotate through both Med/Surg ICU and CVICU (depending on need). ~15-bed CVICU (non-teaching service) ~32-bed Med/Surg ICU, which is the teaching service with Internal Medicine residents and Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellows ~ EMR: Cerner with Dragon for dictation

Board-certified or board-eligible critical care physicians (MD or DO) A commitment to excellence in clinical service, with strong problem-solving abilities essential for the ICU setting Active California medical license preferred Practice in the Heart of the Community One week of days and one week of nights per month.
