I am seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Producer to help drive agency growth. In this role, you'll generate new business, build customer relationships, and provide customized coverage solutions across auto, home, life, and specialty lines. If you enjoy sales, relationship-building, and helping customers protect what matters most, this role offers strong long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities
· Contact and follow up with internet leads, inbound prospects, and referrals
· Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage
· Present competitive insurance options and close new business
· Prepare accurate quotes for auto, home, renters, umbrella, life insurance, and additional lines
· Educate customers on discounts, policy features, and available protection options
· Cross-sell additional products such as umbrella, life, and specialty lines
· Maintain organized notes, follow-ups, and tasks within the CRM
· Assist with basic account updates, renewals, and customer service needs
· participate in team meetings, training sessions, and licensing requirements
What You Bring
· Sales or phone-based experience preferred
· Strong communication and customer engagement skills
· Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
· Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
· Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (courses provided to you)
Compensation & Benefits
· Base salary + uncapped commissions + bonuses
