THE ROLE, As Dental Director, you will: ✔️ Provide clinical oversight and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care ✔️ Mentor and lead dentists, hygienists, and support staff ✔️ Review complex cases and guide treatment planning ✔️ Collaborate with leadership on practice growth, workflows, and operations ✔️ Balance clinical care with administrative and strategic leadership

This is a hands-on, respected leadership position with real autonomy and influence.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS: We’re looking for a dentist who brings both clinical confidence and people leadership ✔️ DDS or DMD from an accredited program ✔️ Active state dental license ✔️ Strong general dentistry background (pediatric experience a plus) ✔️ Prior leadership, mentoring, or senior associate experience preferred ✔️ Excellent communication and team-building skills ✔️ Passion for quality care, growth, and serving the community
