Site Manager – Power Generation Projects

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced

Site Manager

to lead on-site activities for large scale power generation projects. This individual will serve as the primary on site representative, overseeing installation and commissioning of major mechanical and electrical equipment while ensuring compliance with contractual, safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Required Qualifications Strong technical knowledge of gas fired power plant systems and installation processes 10 plus years of experience in a similar site leadership role within the power industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all site operations, including installation, pre commissioning, and commissioning activities Act as the primary technical focal point for rotating equipment and associated auxiliary systems Drive schedule performance, milestone achievement, and issue resolution in coordination with project leadership Oversee EHS, quality, compliance, and risk management activities on site Manage site staff, subcontractors, and vendor coordination Control site budget, change management, extra work documentation, and reporting Maintain strong customer communication and represent the organization with professionalism Ensure proper documentation, material management, punch list closure, and project closeout

This role requires strong leadership, problem solving ability, and experience managing complex construction and commissioning efforts in power generation environments.
