Paralegal (New York)

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a real estate company in New York, is seeking an experienced

Paralegal

to join their team.

This position is hybrid. Experience with leasing in a corporate setting is required.

Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing, and summarizing commercial leases Maintaining files Reviewing legal documents and correspondence Coordinating document signing process Tracking matters and deadlines Reviewing and summarizing leases Providing general legal support for litigation, insurance, taxes, and other matters

Requirements: 5+ years of recent commercial real estate experience Ability to accurately review a high volume of leases Excellent communication skills Very organized Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
