Pay Range is $25-$30 an hour depending on Experience Excellent Benefits and Room for Growth Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm 401K PTO Vacation Time Job Details The Maintenance Technician will support the overall reliability, functionality, and upkeep of the facility and production equipment. This role requires a versatile skill set and the ability to work across multiple departments to support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that equipment and facility systems remain in optimal working condition. Key Responsibilities Perform equipment repairs, mechanical troubleshooting, and general maintenance across all facility areas Assist in maintaining production machinery and facility systems to minimize downtime Support and execute preventive maintenance tasks and reliability initiatives Work alongside Operations, Production, and Laboratory personnel to address maintenance needs Conduct light MIG and TIG welding (primarily stainless steel) on an as-needed basis Contribute to facility improvements, safety enhancements, and operational efficiency projects Qualifications Broad mechanical aptitude and the ability to handle diverse maintenance tasks Experience with MIG/TIG welding preferred Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments highly beneficial Strong problem-solving ability and a reliable, self-driven work ethic Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments Interested in hearing more?
