Attorney - M&A - Elite BigLaw Platform - Boston (Boston)

A tier one global law firm is looking to strengthen its Mergers and Acquisitions team in Boston with the addition of an Associate.

The practice forms part of a leading global M&A and Private Equity platform, advising public companies, private equity sponsors and portfolio companies on complex domestic and cross border transactions. The team is regularly involved in high value strategic acquisitions, carve outs, sponsor backed deals and transformative transactions across multiple sectors.

You will focus on company side M&A and strategic acquisitions, working closely with colleagues across private equity, capital markets, leveraged finance and tax to deliver coordinated, commercial advice. The platform offers exposure to sophisticated clients and headline transactions in a competitive Boston market.

About you: 2+ years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions Strong experience advising companies on strategic acquisitions Experience gained at a leading US or international law firm Exposure to private equity backed transactions is advantageous Excellent academic credentials US qualified attorney with a JD or equivalent
