Roles & Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during evening shifts Perform thorough assessments and document patient status accurately Administer medications and treatments safely and according to policy Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate excellent care Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care team members Support unit flow by assisting across areas when floating is needed Contribute to a positive workplace by mentoring others and sharing best practices

Qualifications Current, active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license required Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification recommended or required per facility policy Comfortable working evening shifts and providing weekend coverage every other weekend Ability to float to other areas as needed and adapt to changing patient needs Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical assessment skills

Education Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN preferred)

Knowledge & Skills Clinical assessment and patient monitoring Safe medication administration and documentation Patient education and family communication Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic charting
