They are currently seeking a Senior Scientist to focus on formulation of their lubricant products, interfacing with customers directly to develop and adjust unique solutions in a range of exciting industries.

Responsibilities Lead the Industrial fluids/grease formulation for the Americas Take responsibility for formulation development and commercial use of high performance grease/fluids Provide support and interact with customers on product development and use Represent the organization at industry events, maintaining knowledge and engaging with sector experts to increase knowledge and represent the brand Lead a zero-incident safety culture in the Lab Own technical content - information sheets, application guidance Identify new technologies and lead product development to hold place in market Mentor interns and junior members of staff

Required Education and Experience PhD/Doctorate in Chemistry highly desirable Strong formulation experience required - ideally 3+ years commercial experience Industrial fluids, grease or lubricant experience desirable - not essential
