Personal Injury Attorney (Atlanta)

Associate Attorney Location: Gainesville or Canton, GA | On-site / Hybrid

Our client is seeking a

Personal Injury Attorney with 2+ years of experience

to join its plaintiff-side personal injury practice in GA. This role is open to attorneys with strong personal injury experience, as well as those coming from

insurance defense or general civil litigation

who are interested in transitioning to the plaintiff side.

This position offers hands-on exposure to

high-impact personal injury cases

with meaningful responsibility throughout all stages of litigation.

Key Responsibilities: Handle personal injury matters from intake through settlement and litigation Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement demands Manage written discovery and conduct depositions Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts

Qualifications: 2+ years of litigation experience Personal injury experience preferred (plaintiff or defense) Strong legal writing and research skills Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $180,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
