Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager

to serve as a functional lead supporting a major PeopleSoft-focused project for a large public-sector organization in Houston. This is a hybrid opportunity offering competitive pay, stability, and the chance to play a key role in enterprise-level system improvements.

What You’ll Do Serve as the

Functional SME for PeopleSoft FSCM

(GL, Commitment Control, AP) Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements Translate business needs into functional specs and system design documentation Develop process flows and workflow diagrams Support system configuration and enhancements Create and execute test plans; lead and coordinate UAT Ensure system functionality aligns with documented requirements Partner with stakeholders and technical teams as a strategic liaison Support structured project execution and change management efforts

✅ What You Bring Strong functional expertise in

PeopleSoft FSCM (GL, KK, AP) Experience with functional configuration and module support Proven ability to document detailed business and system requirements Hands-on testing and UAT coordination experience Strong understanding of financial system processes end-to-end Experience working within structured project methodologies Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on milestones CJIS eligibility/clearance required Preferred: Integration Broker, Workflow, SQL experience
