Personal Injury Paralegal (Charlotte)

Marcari, Russotto, Spencer, & Balaban, a rapidly growing plaintiff's personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled paralegal with a background in handling personal injury cases to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases. Obtain, review, and organize damage information. Prepare settlement proposals/demand packages for attorney review and approval. Draft settlement calculations and agreements. Ensure that cases are progressing in a timely manner. Perform various clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to clients, composing routine correspondence, and managing incoming mail.

Qualifications: 2+ years Paralegal experience handling personal injury cases Proficient in MS Office Suite Must be a team player
