We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a large, high-volume facility. This role is responsible for leading site operations, developing frontline leadership, and driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. The Plant Manager will play a highly visible role in building a strong, accountable, and results-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations for a large on-site team, including staffing, workflow, and execution Drive operational performance through KPIs, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with cross-functional teams to meet service, quality, and efficiency goals Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company standards Support inventory oversight, process consistency, and operational accuracy Develop, coach, and retain leaders and frontline talent Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and overall performance

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 4+ years of leadership experience in plant-based environments Experience managing large teams in fast-paced settings Strong performance management, KPI, and problem-solving skills Hands-on leadership style with strong communication abilities Willingness to work on-site and travel occasionally as needed
